The design of a new Nissan vehicle dealership incorporating a showroom, offices, reception/waiting area, service centre, workshop, part storage facility and amenities. We also completed the master plan layout for the entire site for the developer.

A modern office extension to the front of an existing building, incorporating a reception area, interview rooms, meeting room and amenities. Client privacy and staff safety were important considerations in the design of the internal layout.

The extension and refurbishment of an existing commercial building created a large open plan store area in the heart of the town centre. A new garden centre outdoor space was created on the side with a large undercover rear access area provided for tradespeople.

The client’s brief was to design a new building incorporating a fuel station, bakery, indoor and outdoor dining areas to cater for passing traffic on the adjacent highway. We also designed the site plan layout to cater for car and truck traffic flow around the new building.

This modern curved roof design incorporates an automatic drive through car wash with plant room and two manual car wash bays. The design and layout of the small site was critical to ensure vehicle access and egress.

We designed both the original factory with front office and the later large factory/loading dock extension. The envelope of the building incorporates high levels of insulation and a night air system to reduce internal temperatures.

The client brief was to design a contemporary commercial office with clean lines and a quality finish, that can accommodate a number of tenancies and provide elevated views of the adjacent Murray River and park precinct.

This commercial building was designed to maximise the leasable floor area the site could accommodate. The building was divided into a number of tenancies. We also completed the interior designs for CC Family Chiropractic and Vitality Health Club.
