Our design team work closely with our client’s, particularly at the start to develop ideas and concepts.
To improve the communication during this vital phase, Hand Built have invested in the latest computer software that allows clients to view their project in 3D, from any angle.
We can also generate colour still images that show the form of the building and display the colours, finishes and materials selected. This enables both the design team and the client to make well informed decisions about fine tuning the design. Our aim is to deliver projects that are aesthetically pleasing, functional and cost effective while also incorporating energy efficient design principles that promote high levels of human comfort and minimise energy consumption.
