GPA Accounting office fitout

Description: This was a project involving the fit out of a new tenancy and included construction of all the internal walls, ceilings, joinery, floor coverings, electrical services, mechanical services, etc. Internal glazing is used extensively to allow borrowed light to filter into the internal spaces. A facetted glass wall behind the curved reception desk incorporates a local river scene to reinforce the tenancy’s connection with the Murray River, while the “think tank” room has a graphic displaying Albert Einstein’s equations. Stained timber and gloss acrylic wall panels are used throughout the reception area and continue into the common foyer and corridors. Different colour painted walls feature throughout to create a vibrant atmosphere. In addition to the office spaces, board room and amenities, a fire proof store room was constructed for document storage.

Description: This project involved refurbishment of an existing shop. A key feature on entering the shop is the curved rear wall, constructed using plywood with a stained finish. New joinery included a customer services counter, wall units to display stock, bulkheads and free standing gondolas, all in a minimalist white finish to accentuate the blue branding. New lighting and air-conditioning completed the refurbishment.
Vrastiminos Dentist refurbishment
Client: Vrastaminos Dental Group

Duration: staged over 2 weekends
Description: The project consisted of fitting out a new dental treatment room, refurbishing an existing dental treatment room, refurbishing an existing sterile room and installing new storage cupboards throughout. To minimise disruptions to the clients business, the work was staged over a 2 weekends with minor works being completed during business hours. The new work incorporated chemical resistance bench tops, special drawers to suit specific dental equipment, hand basins with sensor activated tap ware and provisions for electrical services & electronic equipment.
